He has no counters to amaterasu(him sealing the flames while they are on his body is a massive joke) and a susanoo arrow kills him.(even kakashi couldn't dodge them and had to use kamui)

He has far superior stamina to MS Sasuke, so he could outlast him in this case, but it's not really needed when Sasuke lacks counters for

Perfect Sage Mode is why. Jiraiya couldn't sense in his fight with Pain.
