- Aoda can be finished with quite easily. Since Aoda is such a huge target, it will be easy to nail him.

-Amaterasu will not reach Mu as long as he is flying outside of amaterasu's range. Also, his sensing abilities allow him to avoid getting hit: he can sense the chakra buildup in Sasuke's eye like Nagato did , and react accordingly (by going invisible). Worst case scenario, Mu gets hit and then counter by splitting into two bodies

-But again, he needs to become visible to use it. If he becomes visible, Sasuke shoots an amateratsu at him. Heck, even Chidori senbon could disrupt the usage of Jinton since the user's hands have to be perfectly still.

-If he's in Sasuke's occular range, he's getting hit. Chidori Senbon is a viable counter as well due to it's speed and precision with the sharingan. Lol, no. People misunderstand the fact that Amateratsu follows whatever Sasuke is looking at, not what he initially looks at. Unless Mu is as fast as Ay and can get out of Sasuke's ocular range in time (he can't), then he's getting hit no matter how good his sensing is. Splitting would counter it, but once he's split, one of the two bodies die. What then? How is he going to win against Sasuke without Jinton? Oh, and Mu can't move while going invisible as he needs to hide his presence. And it isn't instantaous either, as shown against the Kage, it was taking some time, or at least, much longer than it would take for him to go invisible.

But again, Amaterasu doesn't have infinite range. Mu can fly out of Amaterasu's range before going visible. Chidori Senbon don't make me laugh it doesn't have the necessary range + Mu can dodge them.

Again, Amaterasu doesn't have unlimited range so Mu can fly out of it's range before going visible. Hawk to remain in range isn't an option since Mu can just go invisible and with Aoda on the ground, Sasuke won't be able to communicate with the snake to locate Sasuke - not to mention verbal communication can only give a rough estimate of Mu's location and Sasuke won't know exactly where to attack. Mu counters the hawk by going invisible and stabbing the bird through its brain, whereupon the bird disappears in a puff of smoke and Sasuke falls to his death. I know you didn't use the hawk in your argument but I thought it was worth mentioning because other people have brought it up.

Something I will never understand about Sasuke/Itachi fans is that they think the only way to counter amaterasu is to dodge it. Mu doesn't need to go out of Sasuke's ocular range, he can sense the buildup of chakra in Sasuke's eye and react accordingly by going invisible. Once he's invisible, Sasuke can't nail him with amaterasu since he needs to eye his target to set him ablaze.

@Bold - manga

@Underline - Yes, it's not instantaneous. But neither is amaterasu - in fact it actually takes a few seconds for the chakra to build up in the eye before it's cast. Look at this scan:

Follow the events in chronological order:

-Nagato sensed the chakra buildup behind Itachi's eye
-Nagato shouts "Naruto! He's using amaterasu!"
-Killer Bee throws some swords at Itachi to try to land in a hit before Itachi gets the chance to use it
-Nagato deflects the swords with Shinra Tensei
-Nagato says "shit! My body's moving on its own again!"

All these things happened in the time it took for Itachi to "load up" Amaterasu. The moment Mu senses the chakra buildup in Sasuke's eye, he can go invisible (which takes only a second or two, and takes far less time than what happened in that scan.)
