1. That wasn't a long distance since Itachi was able to jump from the ground on to that bird, as well as jump from the bird to where Naruto was.

2. Look at my last post. Mu counters amaterasu by sensing it and dodging, or sensing it and going invisible. If he does get hit, he splits in two.

Obito and Madara jumped on top of the Juubi head so i guess it isn't huge.(

). The Juubi finger was the size of a bijuu. With this being said you shouldn't underestimate Naruto chars jumping ability.(

Just because you can sense doesn't mean you can dodge. If Tsunade could sense could she dodge Kamui no. Just because he goes invisible doesn't mean he still can't get hit. Once his body is hit with Amaterasu the second one gets whacked with a Susanoo arrow.
