Using MS from the get go would still depend on Bee's mindset. MS Genjutsu is useless and Amaterasu is as well, if Bee can replicate what Kurama's chakra did, which he logically should. One failed Amaterasu and Sasuke wouldn't even be able to keep up with Bee and would get slaughtered.

Bee probably takes both, inexperienced MS Sasuke simply isn't on his level.

Is this Killer Bee fight Sasuke or Danzo fight Sasuke ?

If its the latter he wins both medium diff. TBB wouldn't make a difference, Sasuke can fire Amaterasu faster than Bee could fire TBB so it wouldn't matter.

Amaterasu was enough to take care of Hachibi, and even if Bee manages to split with a tentacle again at the best he could use for offence would be V2. Susano'o would buy enough time to defend Sasuke until he shakes off the pain.

Well in the manga Bee wasn't able to do that because of the pain he felt due to Amaterasu. He tried with one tail but Sasuke cut it easily though later it appeared Bee used it to escape. So using three or four tails at the same time while burning isn't possible for Bee.

I don't see how Sasuke even wins S1. Amaterasu can be removed with cloak and that's all he has going for him. Worst case Bee can still outlast him.

OP stated it's Danzo fight Sasuke, so he still has Susanoo. If Bee is staying at V2, he won't avoid Susanoo Arrow nor break Susanoo.​

But Bee is faster in V2 so how can he not avoid. V2 Bee should be on V1 Ays level of speed at the very least and that's enough to avoid Arrows. Yeah, I factored Susanoo in to, that's why I said Bee can outlast him if it comes to it.

No Bijuu Dama means he's never breaking through Susanoo. So all Sasuke needs to do is use his V4 Susanoo's Enton Orb to form things like blades and fire Enton at him and gradually burn him down. He can keep removing tentacles all he wants, he only has a finite number so eventually his main body will be exposed. Then there's Susanoo Arrows, which will probably pierce the Hachibi's body considering Madara was about to run him through with a v3 Susanoo blade.

Then there's the fact that the Enton spam will heat up the atmoshphere, so Kirin deals him some moderate damage. Damage that becomes major when combined with the fact that B will have also taken damage from things like Susanoo Arrow and Enton.

If he fights using V2 only, then Kirin one shots him once it's ready. Not sure how anyone came to the conclusion that B wins here. Tanking Bijuu Dama doesn't mean he can take a bunch of arrows being speared through his body, repeated Enton spam, and Kirin all in one encounter.

Nice find, never noticed he had it post Danzo, but all the other ones links you post were EMS activated, bar Gaara, who used Enton and not the orb he used against White Zetsu since we all know he can manipulate Enton
