Bee already essentially killed him 3 times in a row. Sasuke may not have been 100%, but it was also 4 vs 1 and bee wasn't serious half the time. Only issue is amaterasu, if bee can replicate Narutos chakra cloak removal, then Bee low diff.

If its the latter he wins both medium diff. TBB wouldn't make a difference, Sasuke can fire Amaterasu faster than Bee could fire TBB so it wouldn't matter.

Amaterasu is still faster. He gets shot before he could spin enough times to make an effect at the area. Turning BM would end the fight quicker, Bee needs to stay in V2 if he wants to win.
