Shelke, the conditions are the same as when Naruto went up against Pain. Deva path's powers are restricted at the start of the fight.
I beg to differ. Read my other posts in this thread.Yes and the other 5 paths can hold him off until its ready

Because he's left the ground, he's exposed from his legs and up.What are you talking about? I'm referring to this:

Sasuke can jump up to a higher place of the Susanoo.
The absorption doesn't take long at all.It doesn't matter if it doesn't kill Naraka immediately. Preta will have to run back to remove the flames quickly.
Exposed to what? Susanoo arrows (Sasuke can fire two at a time). And as I said previously, taking out Animal path gets rid of the summons.

I've already established he isn't going to take out Animal Path with Preta Path there.
Read the OP...

Susanoo arrows don't even leave enough time for a Shinobi to make the slightest of movements. The absorption doesn't take long at all.
I've already established that if another path (Naraka) is on fire, Preta will be force to leave his station.I've already established he isn't going to take out Animal Path with Preta Path there.
MS Sasuke < Pain.
Pain wins this.
Animal path always summons the animals at the beginning Sasuke needs to take care of them to even lad a blow on pains. How is preta path stopping Animal path from being taken out? Animal path get's taken out by sussano arrow if necessary.

Good lord. The Madara scan I posted earlier shows that a non-legged Susanoo is exposed from the ground. If Sasuke decided to go up, the bottom of his Susanoo would be completely exposed. Now do you get it?What the hell are you saying? Sasuke is still within Susanoo when he jumps up into its head. The lower half of Susanoo doesn't magically disappear as well.
Good thing he doesn't need to. Nagato activated Preta Path with thought. Preta Path would also go to the front of everyone else once he sees Sasuke prepping his Susanoo arrow.Susanoo arrows don't even leave enough time for a Shinobi to make the slightest of movements.
And then Animal Path uses summons to block the way. Not to mention Animal Path could do that while Sasuke's in the air, so his LoS will be blocked by the summons stopping him from using Amaterasu on Naraka Path.I've already established that if another path (Naraka) is on fire, Preta will be force to leave his station.
Taking out animal path removes all summons from the battlefield.

LMAO, if they have no knowledge on Sasuke's abilities in the first place, then how would Animal path know what's coming; use your head. Not to mention Animal Path could do that while Sasuke's in the air, so his LoS will be blocked by the summons stopping him from using Amaterasu on Naraka Path.
Good point but he need to bypass all summons to do that which is not as easy as u think,I would like u to tell me how Sasuke deals with those summons.
