Restriction: None
Intel: Sasuke has as much Intel as Naruto did going up against Pain (all knowledge that Katsuya was able to provide); Pain has no intel on Sasuke

Conditions: The same as when Naruto went up against Pain.

- Deva path won't have access to its powers for the same period of time as it did against Naruto
- All pain paths start in the same formation as last time
- Sasuke starts with his MS activated, his eye sight is at 100% and he is fully rested
- The fight begins with Asura path rushing Sasuke

Pain should be able to win. Preta Path effortlessly absorbs the Amaterasu thrown at Pain and the summons from Animal Path would force Sasuke to use Amaterasu on them which'll drain his stamina. He can only keep Susanoo up for so long and the missiles from Asura Path would start to wear him down, until Deva Path comes to seal the job.

Pain should be able to win. Preta Path effortlessly absorbs the Amaterasu thrown at Pain and the summons from Animal Path would force Sasuke to use Amaterasu on them which'll drain his stamina. He can only keep Susanoo up for so long and the missiles from Asura Path would start to wear him down, until Deva Path comes to seal the job.

Why in the world would Sasuke do that when he can just take out Animal path which would cause all the summons to disappear?

Secondly, I specifically mentioned that the fight would start with Asura rushing Sasuke (like it did against Tsunade. Asura wouldn't be around to do what you're claiming.

Because Amaterasu burns ever slow slowly. Preta Path can just absorb the Amaterasu off Animal Path, and even if Animal Path dies, Naraka Path proceeds to revive him.

I'll clarify in the OP, Sasuke gets all knowledge that Katsuya was able to provide to Naruto.

The formation stops him from taking out Naraka Path first. Seeing as the Susanoo arrow is just pure chakra, Preta Path can absorb it, the same way Nagato absorbed Naruto's Rasengan [

Then he's left exposed since MS Sasuke's Susanoo has no legs. Amaterasu still burns slowly and so Preta Path runs over and absorbs it all since in the formation they're still close together.

Sasuke wins this. I highly doubt Nakara Path will fix the bodies that have turned to ash. Deva can be defeated from the get go even if he tries Chibaku Tensai, that has a prep period. One if he deflects Amaterasu - highly unlikely given how fast it destroys the body - he'll go into a cool down period and then another amaterasu ends him.

Once he is gone, Sasuke can take out all paths via CQC. Perta, Nakara, and Human have laughable CQC and Speed prowess. Asura is taken out with Chidori variants as it's weak to Raiton Release. That leaves animal path, and as summons are not restrited, Sasuke can summon Manda who was canonically shown to be superior to both Slug and Frog, he can even take Sasuke in his mouth and go underground as he did to avoid Katsuya's acid. His dog summon is put under genjutsu and used against him and his summons.

All in all, given the restrictions, Sasuke wins mid difference. After taking care of Deva, he couldn't need his Susano'o - only his summon and CQC for the aforementioned paths are enough.

It doesn't matter if it doesn't kill Naraka immediately. Preta will have to run back to remove the flames quickly.

Exposed to what? Susanoo arrows (Sasuke can fire two at a time). And as I said previously, taking out Animal path gets rid of the summons.
