Sandaime raikage wins.

With a dense forest, he has plenty of places to hide from amaterasu and with full knowledge he'll be prepared for it just like Ei was. Other than that, nothing sasuke has can hurt him, and Sandaime raikage can fight with his RnY for days while sasuke can't hold his susanoo up for long. Then there's the fact that the 1 finger nukite will probably go through any of MS Sasuke's susanoos like butter. That's not to mention that sasuke gets weakened physically after using his MS jutsu.

If this was an open battlefield, the match would probably be a draw.

Momentum and constant burn is not the same thing. Ei was also struck by Amaterasu and that cost his arm. Regardless how hot it is, eventually it will get him as it burns for seven days and nights.​

Ay doesn't have the durability feats of his father, and how long it burns for is irrelevant considering it's not hot enough to do anything to the Sandaime; he's withstood far greater heat energy. Something vastly lower burning for longer isn't going to scathe him.

Thats the ability to give color to chakra. Itachi's eyes saw parts of the snakes and gave color to their chakra. If it could see through matter they would be able to see through the Hidden Mist Jutsu. Itachi would have seen Kakashi in the earth before he jumped out on him. Sasuke and Itachi would seen Zetsu's hiding in the walls, watching them. There are too many examples to even count.

It is. A bomb's maximum achieved heat is always caused by the momentum, even if the bomb releases fire. This is simple chemistry and physics. Bijū Dama's heat before and after the explosion is far below that of even regular fire.

That really doesn't matter, because Databook has implied that it can burn anything, and everything. Ei nor his father are an exception. This should be a well known fact. Debating about how long it would last is irrelevant, especially when Sasuke can shoot an Amaterasu right between his eyeballs and blind him from the start.​

Raikage wins as people above have stated. The dense forest and intel makes it nigh impossible for Amaterasu to land on him as he can use the trees as cover. Not to mention he has the means to pierce through any Susanoo Sasuke uses.

Amaterasu isn't his only weapon. Sasuke can also use Genjutsu to paralyze him and then struck him with Amaterasu. Regardless if he has intel, Sasuke can grab him with Susano'O and force him into Genjutsu, like Madara did to Ei.

Getting Sasuke's back will be easy given all the cover he's given in this scenario, making Genjutsu unlikely. What also makes it unlikely is that the Raikage can simply evade the Susanoo hand like he did to FRS or cut it off with One Fingered Nukite depending on the level he's using to grab him.
