I won't even make this thread long. This is for that guy in the other thread, he knows who he is.
Close combat would not work under normal conditions. Naruto had to used a punch that could not be seen in the face of the paths to land it.
We all know this is due to the linked vision of the paths.
Sasuke's only choice would be to utilize his ranged attacks with hard-to-dodge speed feats, and don't even bring up Kirin, as he'll be dead long before he can prep for it.
His Susano'o arrows would be his best bet, but simple combat strategy can overcome this. If all six paths assemble behind Preta Path, then the arrows would be useless as they'd get absorbed. Hell Deva Path could simply use Bansho Tenin to pull Sasuke out of his Susano'o after he brings it up, impale him with a black rod to immobilize him, and let Human Path steal his soul.
Even in the event that Deva Path didn't want to end it this way, any one of the Six Paths could use Chibaku Tensei via Nagato and eradicate Sasuke. His MS Susano'o would not be enough to break free, as it took an eight-tails Naruto to break free.
MS Sasuke also doesn't have the fire power to destroy Chibaku Tensei, as it took the combined efforts of Itachi, KCM Naruto, and Killer bee to destroy it:
A Susano'o arrow isn't going to cut it.
And even then, Nagato implied that he could make CT even larger. Lets not forget that he fought Naruto with already diminished chakra from raiding Konoha, after all.
Sasuke's saving grace would be genjutsu, or so some say. But this is sight based genjutsu that would require direct eye contact.
I'm not even sure how Sharingan would affect a puppet, but even so, it would only effect one of them and MS Sasuke is left vulnerable for attack afterwards.
Good luck taking the time to cast genjutsu on one path when you have five other opponents plus summons to deal with. Oh, and I haven't forgotten about "Amaterasu GG". MS Sasuke was not proficient enough to spam Amaterasu without suffering drawbacks.
Pitting the same Sasuke that almost died fighting base Killer Bee against the Six Paths is foolish imo. Rest easy though, this thread is not meant in any way to hate or degrade Sasuke, I'm simply speaking what I believe to be the truth. If anyone can prove me wrong, them of course I'd accept that I'm wrong.
