Your opinion on the matter is just as valid as mine.
But the fact that neither of our opinions are wrong means that this argument can't be used as a means of proving Itachi>Obito, or vice-versa.

Itachi fought a legit battle against Sasuke. He wouldn't have survived if he hadn't fought seriously. He just didn't actively try to kill Sasuke, but he was convincing enough for Sasuke to be in denial over it. Regardless, Itachi wouldn't have a choice.
Obito knows about Kotoamatsuki, he wouldn't let himself be caught by it. As soon as he'd see the crow, he'd Kamui it away.

Sasori, Obito, Orochimaru, Jiraya, Tsunade, Minato, Itachi, Danzo, .. So many can counter a genjutsu that requires "eye contact " to begin with.. Try thinking what would happen on the battlefield .. Buffoon

Nice theory show me a scan of madara explaining Izanami PLZ... Izanami was created most likely by Naori uchiha to counter Izanagi Madara was LONG DEAD and never heard of this...

he used Susano'o at the end to show Sasuke he had the clear advantage from the start... he only fought Sasuke to plan the future, remove oro from Sasuke, and die at the hands of an Uchiha that was IT. He could have easiy used susano'o and crushed Sasuke but he DID NOT WANT TO WIN... Sasuke won YES but it was all a PLAN. he even used a weaker tsukuyomi for Sasuke.

and Obito still needed Kabuto's reanimations... who did he use as vessels?

since when do you need susanoo to counter susanoo? didn't kaguya obliterate sasukes with one hit not to long ago? anyway obito just walks right through it or teleports in he canonically can bypass barriers.
tsukuyomi is a non factor it was broken by a 3t
obito is older smarter and stronger than itachi.
izanami requires physical contact to be used
ka is not a one shot it does nothing but place false thought and suggestions and then that's it.

And if you were paying attention, some people were saying that Kishimoto said Itachi was stronger than Madara (without any proof), and on top of that it proves that Obito couldn't have been scared of Itachi since he wasn't scared of Madara, someone who Kishi said is stronger

Obito can literally walk through Susano'o or warp inside it, touch Itachi, and that's game over.
Obito is much better than Sasuke at Genjutsu. He controlled a perfect Jinchuriki for years. Obito can counter Tsukuyomi.
Speed, strength, intelligence. Kamui counters speed, Obito is physically much stronger, and they are equal in intelligence.
Izanami, you mean the Jutsu that takes several minutes of careful preparation to set up? Itachi loses before that even happens.
Obito knows KA. Soon as he sees Shisui's eye he can warp away. That's his counter.
It's "completely ignored" because it's irrelevant.
Now answer this, the thing that you guys have ignored. What's his counter to Kamui?
