The only Canon sasuke is one that progresses from a shitty ribcage -> Blindness at CS. Ribcage susano'o isn't holding up against gaara, no way in hell. Nor is V1/V2 successfully doing it.

Even if you make it a fanfic sasuke who starts with perfect vision at CS, gaara would still out him.

Mainly because of Aoda and the fact that non-Jin Gaara doesn't use large scale sand attacks constantly, while it also has been shown to have more problems with speedy adversaries​

At the kage summit, Gaara showed his defence is capable of blocking Amaterasu.
Against Madara, he blocked 5 susano swords at the same time.
The big problem would be genjutsu.. But IMO gaara takes this.
