Where is your proof that Itachi can manifest a Susano'o arm, wrap it around Kakashi, and crush his head before he can do anything, when he has been known to use Kamui to react to things such as Sasuke's Susano'o arrows, a SM Rasengan being slammed into his chest before it could damage him, and so quickly that he was able to fool Obito into thinking he poofed a Naruto clone before it could be warped?

the user can manifest it in parts & stages.

Kamui did what it always does, warp what Kakashi was focusing on, which in this case will be the Susano'o limb. Naruto had absolutely no effect on what Kakashi's Kamui does.
