Team 1's advantages:
Kakashi's haxed kamui is even powered up by Sakura's chakra
If killer bee goes BM he's too big and slow to block kamui
Kakashi can warp himself and sakura to the other dimension to avoid atacks

Team 2's advantages:
Ay's v2 speed is fast enough to dodge kamui
Killer Bee can launch bijuudamas while Ay keeps the other 2 bussy
They work together very well as we saw against kisame

My personal opinion is that team brothers takes this. Why?

V2 Ay would start with a speed atack against Kakashi and Sakura, so fast that Kakashi wont be able to warp with kamui, If kakashi uses kamui on Killer Bee (who's not fast enough to dodge kamui even in V2 form) he gets distracted and killed by Ay, while if he tries to keep up with Ay, he gets distracted and gets a bijuudama from Killer bee.

since he clearly couldnt track,or react to Ays speed

and if Kakashi does manage to use kamui on V1 Ay, then he is a sitting duck for Killer Bee to attack through a lariat

also ,they were talking about sharingan,MS enhances the user all visual abilities

Doesnt matter since sasuke got blitzed by Ay using his MS, so it again doesnt help yu here

Depending whether Kakashi will start off with Kamui or not, but team 2's speed will be troubling; especially when they're moving beyond Kakashi's eyesight. Sakura is too weak against the duo, and will literally be taken out straight away. Then B & A will do their Lariat combo on Kakashi.​

What a great match up we've got here!

Team 1's advantages:
Kakashi's haxed kamui is even powered up by Sakura's chakra
If killer bee goes BM he's too big and slow to block kamui
Kakashi can warp himself and sakura to the other dimension to avoid atacks

Team 2's advantages:
Ay's v2 speed is fast enough to dodge kamui
Killer Bee can launch bijuudamas while Ay keeps the other 2 bussy
They work together very well as we saw against kisame

My personal opinion is that team brothers takes this. Why?

V2 Ay would start with a speed atack against Kakashi and Sakura, so fast that Kakashi wont be able to warp with kamui, If kakashi uses kamui on Killer Bee (who's not fast enough to dodge kamui even in V2 form) he gets distracted and killed by Ay, while if he tries to keep up with Ay, he gets distracted and gets a bijuudama from Killer bee.

You forgot one big advantage for team kakashi and saukra
They have full intel and A&B have no intel, which will give them the win in the end, without intel they would get beaten easily, but the op decided to give them full intel on all attacks abilities and transformations, while team brothers not even know who they are fighting and what their abilities are. They won't know about kamui and byakogu and Kakashis clone feints.
