Agreed with this smart poster here.
-Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo take up much more chakra than Kakashi's weak ass Raikiri variants and his Kamui, evidenced by the fact Itachi couldn't use his MS at all when he was at 30% chakra reserves, yet Kakashi used Kamui when he was nearly drained (to save himself from Pain).
Quality > Quantity. Peace *****es.

Itachi on his death bed was able to use multiple genjutsu, shurikenjutsu, Tsukiyomi, large scale fireball jutsu, Amaterasu, Susanoo and had to block a powerful attack like Kirin. Itachi has far greater chakra reserves. Kakashi is fodder trash, he admitted it himself.

*The whole "chakra reserve" thing is a dangerous game to play. A shinobi can have insane reserves, but if their control is lacking, they can lose to a ninja with less reserves than them, as the latter would use their chakra better and more sparingly. Anyways, I can see Kakashi having an edge. The amount of Kamui spamming done during the War Arc, coupled with Raiton use and other Ninjutsu puts Kakashi at an advantage, as far as actual reserves go. However, due to Itachi's impressive chakra control (considering just how many clones, MS techs, and Ninjutsu he was able to use before dying against Sasuke), I don't see Kakashi being able to outlast Itachi in a versus matchup riding on higher reserves alone. It can be argued, of course, but not based only on "he has higher reserves so he wins/outlasts".
**Kamui can be argued to be the "deadliest" out of the doujutsu being taken into account here, however Itachi's three main doujutsu (Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susano'o) provide much more versatility and different applications, most just as deadly if unable to be countered, which would lead Itachi to be ranked above Kakashi in this regard.

and no, being sick doesn't lower your already terrible ass chakra levels, it just lowers your stamina
and he only used about 6 jutsu... LOLOLOLOLOL so... how does he have more chakra than kakashi?

I'd say the intelligence is close but itachi is smarter.
And itachis taijutsu fodderizes kakashi, there are several times in the manga that this is shown.

Ninjutsu: Kakashi - the only reason I'm giving this to him is because there's a category ''Doujutsu'' below, so I assume this is non-MS ninjutsu. Otherwise, Itachi would take this.
Taijutsu: Itachi - he already canonically beat 3T Kakashi in taijutsu, beat Hebi Sasuke and is capable of making clones in mid-fight.
Genjutsu: Itachi - self-explanatory.
Speed: Itachi - kept up with KCM Naruto, dashed behind Bee and had to warn him. Kakashi never demonstrated Obito's S/T traveling between points in the real world, otherwise he would be the faster one.
Intelligence: Itachi - I'll give this to Kakashi once he dies, gets revived, breaks out of Edo Tensei, devises a plan to defeat a Rinnegan user in seconds, proceeds to figure out ET's weakness and executes his plan perfectly, not to mention Itachi being wiser.
