Kakashi used Kamui many times and as long as hehad Kyubi chakra he transported to another dimension Hachibi without a problem.
If some1 uses PS without Hashirama cells or Rikudo chakra then his eyes will collapse or without Kyuubi's chakra...

Hi brother,people cannot summon a Perfect Susanoo version becuase their eyes will get damaged too much.
Hashirama cells(make body stronger and Kyuubi chakra or RSM)these 3 things allow some1 to use MS without getting blind and that's why they can use Susanoo(my opinion).
