The hidden pic shouldn't break any rules, as there is no nudity. Although it is hinted at.
But, your theory, although it has some coincidences is a bit silly. As wit a lot of stories, LOTR, HP, FF, Etc. The characters, names, concepts come from mythology, legends, tales and beliefs not random internet pictures.
