If Orochimaru created Yamato by using Senju's cells and he can use moukton, then theoretically if Tsunade were to gain the two attributes water and earth she could have inherited the genes for the technique.
I guess we'll never know though >)

No she wouldnt! You are either born with wood release and can therefor control it or not. Just because you have earth and water doesnt enable you to use wood.

Someone earlier suggested that wood element is a kekkei tota which requires yang release as well as earth and water, and tsunade only has lightning and yin release...

oro experimented on sooooo many childes(not only yamato) and Only one of them turned to be a moukton user .
i doubt that any senju can do it .
