Naruto, Hashirama, Hiruzen, Minato, or Jiraiya?

Hashirama started it, Hiruzen promoted it, Minato demonstrated it, and Naruto is living it.

Hiruzen. He became Hokage at the age near 16 and has been Hokage from 16-56? Then 57-69. He's been Hokage for 52 years around and was the longest reigning Kage and the oldest Kage (not counting Danzo). Yes, the manga or databook say he is older than Onoki. He also gave his life to protect the Leaf, unlike Hashirama and Tobirama. Minato did a lot, but he was Hokage for about a year. Jiraiya has a lot of Will of Fire but he was never Hokage, same with Naruto.

If Tobirama was substituted for him, that'd be a bit more challenging.
It would also present the mentorship/generation thing that their all apart of.
