Let me guess your one of the people who only reads manga ?_? and yes it does both the fire monk and asuma use it against akatsuki.And considering the justu's used on this website(for rpg) are from the manga/anime and fillers I think you will find it does.You may also look up the jutsu on naruto pedia and on google

By remaining still and forming their meditative positions, they can cause the Buddha to grow numerous arms which can strike out against their target.
By focusing power, Chiriku could cause the Amida to change form and strike with greater impact

1) No I count only jutsus which are created in the Naruto universe, Naruto universe has created Masashi Kishimoto, Filler episodes are made with KIshis permission and characters and jutsus are added by random people, who didnt create Naruto.
2) Im sorry, but thats absurd, this site has tons of jutsus which are not even in Naruto, as far as i know. tw i dont know what shall happen with me to fight here lol, that so funny.
3) Well naruto pedia has all the jutsus which existed both in the real sotry and in the filler episodes.
Still then my favorite would be Gurens crystal, because it's cheap and powerful.

Haku's kekkei genkei (as a freaking genin he developed that ice mirror trap and teleportation setup.) or Kimimmaro (spelling) easily.
Unique and Destructive: Deidara's C4 special
It's a kekkei genkei or higher to have that many mouths on ya, and it can blow up an entire city. Not to mention before and after the explosion it is a work of art.
Other than Kekkei genkei's, sage mode is pretty intense and I know only of Jiraiya and Naruto as users (Minato is speculation currently).

I count it, and didn't he update it to 128 palms, or is that only in the anime?

as far as clone techs go.. kakashi's lightning clone was pretty nice..
