Kakashi can open the gates too, he opened the first gate when he was waiting to train Sasake in the desert about to fall off the mountain and it's said that he can open as many gates as Lee...

Just Naruto KB
(I don't know what unique would mean for a jutsu) But If I wasn't picking favorites, I would pick Naruto's massive KB.
If I was picking favorites, I'd have to go with the logical answer. Massive KB.

Reason: Like I said before, the KB is like Hyperbolic Time Chamber to Naruto.
Could you imagine if Naruto trained everyday with just a hundred KB?

Because it's Interesting. Say Naruto lives untill he's 62 years old. Naruto learned the KB at 12, so that's 50 years were talking about. I'll use the minimum, 1 decade = 3652(days) * 50 *100(KB) = 18260000. Naruto would be 18260000 years old and everyone else would be 62.

For 18260000 days you could probably teach yourself every jutsu, but bloodline.

i dont really know which jutsu i would choose.

it would have to be either rasenshuriken, multi shadow clone jutsu, ninja art:toad mouth trap (earth style: toad mouth bind) or flying thunder god tech.
