tsunade IN SOME cases i know she hasnt had a lot of battle time but everyone or atleast half the people who are hatin on her are gonna zip change like that if she gets a good fight a pwnes em also id say the second i know oiooh but hes a senju and his awesome water and impure world ressurection but i still think he was preetty powerful considering the next hokage chosen by the previous had to have surpassed the previous

Tsunade and Tobirama is my guess Tsunade just dosent seem up to par with eny of the other kages and not much is shown about Tobirama wich is a bummer cuz i think he looks the most badass out of the leafes Hokage
