Wait. Do people still underestimate Cro-boy even after what he showed in the War of the Best? If so, that's baaaad.

If you think about it, Robins DF is Top-TIER. Why? Because her flower strength is based on her natural physique. So the more flowers she uses the stronger it gets. And if someone like Garp uses it and has as much control as she does. Then he could basically solo all at the War of the Best (who didn't hae CoA). Since the limits to that fruit are that as long as you can see solid mass, that's how far you can create. So Garp could just stand at the peak of MF (where he already stood) and demolish.

Not to look completely biased, bit I'd agree.

I'd also say Enel and Crocodile's abilities get underrated

Enel destroyed people....then had Luffy who was rubber.

Crocodile's one weakness is blood or water, his fighting style can easily prevent bleeding (shot to the heart against Robin epilepsy have been a kill shot let alone using his right hand).
