Most underrated characterson NB?

Which characters and abilities do you see as being the most underrated on NB? Here are some of mine:

Kisame is in my opinion the most underrated character on NB. His feats are damn impressive, but unfortunately there are people who think Tsunade can beat him lol.

I don't think a lot of people underrate Kisame around here. On NF he seems underrated sometimes.

I think Chiyo, Ay, Sakura, and Suigetsu could be underrated. Plus Neji too.

Speed, tag team -in a sense- and cerberus doesn't need contact for it to wreck and he'll always be on his enemies tail by scent. Yet I always see him ranked low in K11 rankings. Seems underrated imo.

I would say Kisame is definitely the most underrated character considering his feats and that we've only seen 30% of his true power. And a lot of people underestimate Nagato as well.

We saw his full power in his fight against Bee.
