Which characters and abilities do you see as being the most underrated on NB? Here are some of mine:

Kisame is in my opinion the most underrated character on NB. His feats are damn impressive, but unfortunately there are people who think Tsunade can beat him lol.

I would say Kisame is definitely the most underrated character considering his feats and that we've only seen 30% of his true power. And a lot of people underestimate Nagato as well.

im man of truth so minato soloed tobidara but at that time tobidara was teh weakest form of his formerself madara
