Before the flashback people thought "Prime" Hiruzen>Hashirama, Madara and etc because some fodder stated a rumor on how Hiruzen is the strongest Hokage. After the flashback they all faced reality.

Actuallu, kishimoto was ounce asked who the strongest hokage was in an interview, and he said Hiruzen was, not Hashirama. Of corse, this was before Hashirama was actually introduced into the plot as an importamt character so... blame kishmoto for the confusion, not the fans.

It was obvious the moment Obito wanked Hashirama, then we saw Madara's Power and then we saw both Madara and Kabuto wanking Hashirama while Hiruzen was completely forgotten ever since he died.

2. Sasori(beat the strongest kazekage, anyone could die with one sniff of poison),
3. Nagato, EMS Madara(kages needed all five of them to come into the battle field once they heard his name),
4. EMS Sasuke(not in some peoples top ten, like seriously??)

Overrated -
1. Oonoki(in the top ten list??:nuts,
2. Kabuto(strongest??),
3. Killerbee(stronger than sasuke?),
4. Jiraya(stronger than itachi... like seriously? _@

The overrated are shockingly general opinion. Itachi and minato are obviously overrated but thats because of fanboys and its not a general opinion.
