Most Underrated and Overated character

Underated: Tie, Sakura, Oonoki, and Itachi.

Overated: Nobody.


At this point, most of the legends are true. EVERY legendary ninja who are now Edo, are living up to the hype.

Sakura is definitely underrated, which is odd because she is basically a Tsunade at this point and people hype Tsunade to a much greater extent. I just can't understand it xD

Minato is only overrated because people can't come up with a good counter to his FTG skills in mode vs threads.

She is not a Tsunade yet. She doesn't have her taijutsu skills, stamina, byakugo no jutsu, sozo saisei or ranshinsho.

I see many people says Itachi is Overrated... my opinion - Itachi is
Overrated by Kabuto and Orochimaru,
Acknowledged by Fugaku, Sasuke, Obito, Kisame, Killer B and Naruto
Underrated by everyone else in Konoha...

Overrated: Minato, Itachi, Obito, Hinata, Sasuke, Naruto, Kakashi, Katsuyu

agree 100% lee has been under rated and so was guy until he destroy kisame(in shark form no less) but lee was awsome in the first part of naruto b4 shippuden now is all about sasuke and naruto....

She is not a Tsunade yet. She doesn't have her taijutsu skills, stamina, byakugo no jutsu, sozo saisei or ranshinsho.

You know this as a fact how..? You realise we have not seen any fighting from her since sasori basically and then in the pain arc tsunade had fallen into a coma there is so much time slots a flashback could go into. Tsunade has shown pretty much the same taijutsu skills sakura has demonstrated, ive never seen tsunade getting into some epic taijutsu. But she has a 5 so we know it's there. Can be the same for Sakura.

Byakugou comes with the seal so does sozo saisei. She learnt the remote healing hand seals before she could perform it now she has the seal i don't see what the problem would be for her to release it.

Body pathway dearrangement is hardly relevant, Tsunade used it once. Not to mention it is hardly a deciding factor in the victory for most of Tsunade's matchups in vs threads or any fight she would have now.

Underrated: TenTen (Infinite weapons mehn)
Overrated: Sasuke -_-

Under-rated: Sasuke, Mei, Tsunade, and Orochimau. Even Kabuto to an extent.

Over-rated: No one beats Minato in this department. The blond-haired Loafer Barbie is far too over-rated. He even puts all the hype and over-rated wankery piled up on Itachi by his fanboys to shame. The guy hardly has any commendable feats, and I mean hardly. A conundrum, really.
