GOD DAM RITE KONOHAMARU is underatted...although he is the grandson of the Hokage and his uncle was one of the Twelve Guardian Ninja...btw the Sarutobi clan is no joke xd
On another note Kiba is underatted like a mother***** yea he might not be as smart as Shikamaru or as powerful as Neji but when its time to pull out the big balls Kiba and Akamaru come to play:noc:

because if he would have just made his body out of that iron sand as well as protected is weakness hed still be alive, he could have also have been like garra seen how he had that iron sand, as also since gaara dide he could have took his body and made a puppet out of him, I think sasori had so much potential

Sasuke has been show to be stronger thn itachi, itachi is goin all out against kabuto while sasuke hasnt even break a sweat. Sasuke is stronger thn kabuto without edo since in the whole fight he try to kill kabuto but itachi stops him.

With all that being said he should be the strongest! IMO he is nowhere near underrated just probably most hated.

u cant say sasuke stronger then kabuto without edo its in his arsenal im pretty sure he can just send everyone he brought back to kill sasuke kabuto doesnt even have to fight. and im pretty sure when we find out what izanami is itachi will be even more stronger then sasuke. itachis susanoo is better im sure his sword can seal sasuke sussanoo and his defense is perfect with that mirror and if sasuke beat itachi he would come right back with edo soooo stop it sasuke fanboy hes not top 10

konohamaru is gay. He is stealing all of naruto jutsu. Every time he shows up he has another one. When the war is over naruto will show up and find konahamaru has mastered sage mode and he will say great next i will show you how to go biiju mode lol. Iam just happy that he cant copy biiju mode. My underrated pic is neji. He NEEDS more screen time
