So obviously Tobi because of all his theories of his ID and Madara because his god level of abilities lol. The manga is definitively helping out the Uchiha clan cause Tobi and Madara are bring alot of discussion and the Uchiha keep getting more moves even though there are only 3 left lol. Who is the most talked about ninja these days? or is just to obvious to even ask So let me rephrase this...Who DESERVES to be the most talked about character in the manga? My opinion Kurama there is something this beast isn't telling us...
