If Jinton could have just vaporized him then why Onoki send 10,000 of his shinobi to their deaths(not saying they all died) if he could have just flew by and Jinton'd him? That would have been 34 years ago too, and Onoki would have been in his prime. Why didn't he do it? Simple. He cannot. If Deidards explosion release could be nullified just by using lighting, an element strong versus earth, then the dust release can also be nullified because lighting is strong versus earth. You might say that its also composed of wind, that is strong versus lighting, but 3rd Raikage has black lightning which can overcome the wind properties of dust jutsu and just nullifying it. The edos only had about 50% of their real power too so we saw a severely weakened 3rd Raikage. You going against Kishimoto own words because he said no jutsu can harm him but his own. Also the RasenShuriken destroys things on a molecular level yet he tanked it with a few scuffs and scratches to his body.
