Hiruzen is one of the strongest hokage's, with prime hiruzen potentially being of hashirama calibre.

On average, hyuga is strongest. Most uchiha's were fodders. only a few got sharingan at all, and only a few of THEM got ms.

Agree with all except Gai wiping the floor on Edo Madara. Edo Madara's PS >>> Gai anyday. Rimbo Hengoku >>> Gai any day. Meteors >>>Gai any day. Don't tell me you didn't notice the humungous gap in size and strength between Edo Madara's PS and vote Madara's PS. And don't tell me you didn't notice kishi intentionally holding back Madara to make Gai shine. If you can tell me why Madara didn't just one shot Gai with Riimbo/Limbo, but attempted to do so on Naruto, either than the fact that it was plot shield for Gai, than I might take you seriously. Coz this is clear as day light, Madara wasn't using any of his techniques on Gai. Gai always gets plot shield, don't act like you don't know that. The first time he and Kisame clashed, Kisame was a 30 percent power clone. The final time the clashed, Samehada conveniently betrayed Kisame, so Kisame had to be powered down, because with Samehada he never tires out and he recoveres instantly from all injuries. Against Deidara he and his team were saved by Kakashi's kamui. Against Obito he had help from Kakashi, Naruto, and Killer Bee.
