Most Overrated?

Kakashi is one of my favorites and he's strong but completely overated. In Naruto part one he was incredible but since part two started we keep seeing awesome abillities like mongekyo, rinnegan, tailed beast modes, unkillable undead, raikages lightning armour and speed, dust element, Im sorry but all we have seen from Kakashi is Kamui even Guy brought something new to the table but in my opinion that just puts them on the same level since after using their best techniques they are both basically jelly. I still think Kakashi would kick the sheets out of Sasuke if both of them stuck to normal sharingan.

Kakashi is awesome...you make some good points but I don't think he's overrated...I think Kishi is saving something big for him and everyone is going to be astonished. the thing about Hatake is that he only uses what's necessary to get the job done and he's always thinking about teaching, so if he can stay out of a fight so that Naruto or Sakura can learn he will.

Kakashi is going to master the MS and then show off his 1000 jutsus and kick some arse.

Asuma is really overrated because he didn't had a lot of speed and his jutsu's weren't that great at all... He's "just" a jounin for me...

But he is one of the coolest ever!

minato.. then the fox itself! minato didnt do anything spectacular (good but nothing that was mind boggling). the fox has been tooken on by the kingin, they survived and got stronger, minato, and was held down by a weak kushina with chains (granted she has huge chakra), controled by tobi/madara and the 1st hokage, surpressed by sasuke, and defeated by naruto and kushina (that was the best fight ive seen it have, the only time i really respected it). dont get me wrong its strong when in naruto, but by itself it isnt that great to me (everytime its being used or controled or defeated). i think we over rate it to the max, its strong and powerful dont get me wrong, but not unbeatable..

Sasuke. Though smart, quick and full of surprises he always has something aiding him.

For example:

1. Curse mark against Naruto, it was given to him which later helped him beat Itachi (Though the same can be said for Naruto)
2. Against Killer Bee he was saved by Jugo and Suigetsu.
3. Against Danzo he had Karin measuring his Chakra levels and the such (Though we must hand it to Sasuke for figuring out quite a bit)
4. Mangekyou Sharingan was given to him by Itachi, this is really the only factor that saved him from the likes of the Raikage.
5. Madara had to intervene and save Sasuke from the Summit. Furthermore Madara was ready to intervene in the battle between Sasuke and Danzo showing even if you 'may' have the upper hand...the 'dawg' just won't die.

Naruto. Because no one can become an expert of Sage in such short time whilst also developing a new powerful Jutsu that so conveniently was used for a battle against Pain. Also the Rasengan is a tad bit over rated in that 1-2 hits was bring down a malevolent super bad guy.

Shikamaru because everyone thinks of him as the god of the naruto world (sarcasm intended) due to his intelligence and most people will say Shikamaru will kill this guy because he can think up a strategy and blah blah blah...

I disagree with you. Shickamaru is not a "God of the naruto world" I mean all you have to do is overpower his technique OR attack the one he is controlling OR just attack shickamaru himself. Then by doing this you are almost immune to any of his ninja techniques. What makes him good is his ability to find ways around his big disadvantages.

Yondaime is not overrated, he is one of the strongest characters in naruto ever. Not including sage of six paths. He can mark his opponent or an item and teleport to it whenever he wants to. He was fighting madara and the fox and was protecting the people in the village. His goal was not to defeat them, but to drive them off to save the village. I mean some people definetly over rate him if they say that he is the best character, because that's not true, we might not know it but he difinetly also have a weakness

I dont think so man, Sai and Sakura are definitely not overrated. They are both in no comparison to naruto or kakashi.

Naruto, Minato, Nagato, So6P all showed more than just fighting skills- the ability to think for themselves and act accordingly under adverse circumstances. Maybe he was pointing out that Sasuke doesn't show other qualities of a good shinobies - like keeping calm under pressure, and not losing control and becoming Madara's puppet.

now you're just WAY underestimating him, we saw when he was younger and Orochimaru appeared and used a genjutsu and showed Sasuke his death. Sasuke reacted quickly under pressure and thus doing so saved him and Sakura's life.
Also when Sasuke and Naruto were trapped in the ice mirrors who was the one who came up with the strategy of Naruto taking damage while he read Haku's movement and waited for a time to act.
Sasuke also is skilled in Taijutsu, he has been shown several times standing up against good fighters such as Kakashi when he was just on Genin level.
Sasuke wouldn't abandon a teammate either, when Kakashi told him and Sakura not to feed Naruto, he still did it, it might not have been for all the right reasons, but he offered to feed Naruto because he knew that they didn't stand a chance against Kakashi unless they were all at 100%

Naruto (though a little mentally retarded when it comes to learning) has huge amounts of his own chakra. He has sage mode and wind shuriken despite the fox.

Minato though his yellow flash is what makes him so dangerous he has many other skills and he made the flash not some one else just giving it to him.

Pein trained to be as powerful as he is. Certainly he would be less power without Rinnegan but still he trained and worked to get his skills.

So6 created Ninjutsu if it was only about his Rinnegan he would not be able to teach others weaker versions of what he can do.

Almost every thing Sasuke has someone handed to him. Even his training with Oro was cheated using drugs and healing according to Kabato. (may have just been in the anime I did not read manga back then) ALMOST any part of his skill was just handed to him. Even with all that’s been handed to him he still needs to be healed immediately after or during almost every fight or he would have been dead like 10 times now. I’m fine with all of this but people make it seem like he has worked for every thing and he can take ANYONE. For these reasons I would say he is overrated. Minus his brother something and So6 his fans tend to think there is no one that can beat him.

Sasuke has NOT had everything handed to him, he was very advanced at a young age by countlessly training hard by himself. Sasuke also learned advanced taijutsu from Kakashi which I doubt was an easy task, he had to learn Chidori too, and learning an A-rank move as a Genin was NOT an easy task.
We also saw in one episode that Orochimaru made Sasuke fight hundreds of men just for practice. So if that was practice think about Sasuke's real training with Oro, Sasuke using drugs to learn ninjutsu? I don't think so, since at the time when he left Oro he only new several techniques and most of them were stuff that Oro couldn't teach Sasuke.
Saying Sasuke had everything handed to him is just bullshit, how would you like it if your own BROTHER killed your entire family, I mean your loved ones, the same people you celebrate with, the people you cry with. All of those memories gone, you cannot tell me that you wouldn't want revenge, actually from my heart, revenge would've been the first thing on my mind, and I would do anything to get my revenge.

So look through things in Sasuke's eyes and stop hating on him, his path through life to gain power hasn't been as far off as Naruto's.
You all say that Sasuke spams MS, okay he uses MS 95% of the time, but we have seen him mix it up with Summonings, Chidoris, Genjutsus, fire style, and even Taijutsu if it calls for it

At the Kage summit, yeah he used nothing but MS but that was the only thing keeping him alive against the Raikage. And still suffered great damage, if you were surrounded by elite shinobi's you can't tell me that you will not do whatever it takes to survive, and if you say no then that is a lie.

Kakashi gets pros in my hand you can tell he traines hard and many times he says he'll lose a battle if it wasn't for his sharingan.

but sasuke and his sasono his hidind behind that thing always danzo could of killed him without un sealing his right arm.

4th raikage and killer bee could of killed sasuke but that sasono

and that girl kirin keeps on healing sasuke let him die he deserves it

What about Danzo and izanagi? He would died earlier during his fight with Sasuke but he kept using izanagi on all attacks. He even used it to avoid shuriken.

kakashi, i say this as a part of latest gai vs kakashi thread, i gave a lot of prooves that gai wins and people still voted kakashi cause they are fan boys/girls. i like kakashi a lot more than gai, but i know that kakashi´s kamui can´t catch gai with 7 gates

omg kakashi's kamui can catch gai even with 7 gates!
if u remember it seems like the accuracy of the kamui has been improved since the battle between kakashi and pain!
he was able to make disappear a screw in less than 1 sec and in the little fight vs sasuke he was able to deny the susanoo's attack really fast so here u go...kakashi can own gai in a sec...
