I think right now its a four way tie between Itachi Kabuto, Kakashi, and Sasuke.
Extra:
Minato- The only jutsu we have seen out of him are FTG and Rasengan. Yes, he invented both. And yes they are HIGHLY impressive techs. But why does everyone think he has unlimited chakra/stamina. Or that he can beat everyone? No doubt he is a BAMF and strong, but he CANT solo everyone like people insist. He is not worth all the extra hype put into him.
Kakashi- Everyone thinks he can just kamui everything and has unlimited chakra out of no where :flaw: :flaw:.(Which may it be pointed out it's always been stated that he has an average to below average chakra amount. However he does seem to posses excellent chakra control.)
Itachi- He is apparently now superior to everyone because of his small (yet arguably still pretty impressive) arsenal of jutsu. If he wasn't an edo, or for that fact even in full health, he still couldn't utilize them nearly as much!(in my opinion making them worthless. Any edo can be a boss if it isnt sealed.)
Kabuto- His new form is impressive, yes. But I feel like everyone now thinks he is unbeatable because of his new sage mode. Lets back off and see where it goes before we start calling it the superior senjutsu. It doesn't even appear that he has mastered it yet (he looks like a snake. Looking like the animal [basing this off of toad sage mode ideals] means that it hasn't been mastered yet.).
Sasuke- He developed some new jutsu and has completely lost his tactical edge. Had he kept his head like he used to he would prolly be up there in my book. But ever since he got MS and then EMS he just spams Susanoo and Blaze release. Yes the techs are powerful, but his chakra isn't unlimited. His fight with Danzo almost finished him off (and would of had it not been for Tobi).
