Most OP-ed bio in NB...

Well V has one custom jutsu (which rei and zanji created) which is formed of balls of light which move with ridiculous speed (light) disabling the opponent, but other than that I don't think anyone has an OP 'bio' as per say it's just specific jutsu such as Izuna's ability to control water (including water within opponents body, if I remember correctly) most things are avoidable and defeatable if you think about them correctly. And hasashi no one has beaten your nagato bio yet?lol There is a really simple way of beating a pein/nagato bio 
ask grimm/HBA ^_^ having battled most of the old Rpers the others that stood out as 'harder' to beat (as no one is unbeatable) would be G (with his taijutsu kaguya bio and having one of the first rain bio's),HBA with his long list of customs/CE,Roku,with his musical arts, Bish with his mode thingy, rag and elias with dark fire was it?and if my memory serves me right kiwi and zanji both had ice bios, SY was underestimated by most but I think of him as one of the best strategical RPers on here ^_^ there are a few others I could mention but there were a lot who relied on OP jutsu to make them seem like a better RPer xD Nexus has blood which he made with Bianca and Anbu Kakashi if I remember right?

Lol. Izuna lost most of his uber customs, though. Remember his 4 Chakra Implosion that gave him 10000 gates speed? (exaggeration >_>) xd
And I was the first person to create a Custom that controls the water in people's body >_>'
But Izuna's custom made it way easier for him to pull off ~_~
Nexus got his Total Eye Control CE approved at one point and all of the jutsus for it (which were beyond OP ~_~), but eventually, Rei declined them again. xd
