my list would be for most naturally talented,no hardwork doesn't count

1.itachi- shown to be naturally a good fighter one of the best taijutsu user always avoided fighting so he didn't fight alot and hated fighting.kill all his clan who at the time could of destroyed konoha
2.minato -became kage young but his success came from hardwork too.(note the reason i put itachi before minato is itachi too was kage level but it took minato more work).yes minato was too a genius but invented ninjutsu which says it took him hardwork to become kage level.
3.hashirama- he lived in a time of war so everyone was working hard evenly so the most talented would come on top.
4.madara-same as hashirama but awaken his ms through working hard and one of the best chakra controller
5.3rd hokage at very old age not able to make more than 3 clones do to low chakra manage to compete with second hokage's water jutsu with fire showing the best chakra control and efficiency plus was said to be strongest of all 3rd kages & konoha jutsu

Hashirama's kg isnt a bloodline limit so to speak as it isnt inherited. Its his genius that has allowed him to combine 2 elements to produce a 3rd. Secondly genius feats and level of foresight that some characters with kg, like itachi for example has little to do with their kg and everything to do with their brain power

Actually naturaly doesnt exclude sharingan because their born with it, but it does exclude an extra like a bijuu

Uput itachi there , i agree hes a true genius and all , u say hes one of the best taijutsu users , but sharingan gives a huge advantage to counter , evade taijutsu, unless thats counted too as natually? not sure...
