Most Jounin Are Kage Level

Jounin level shinobi are generally low kage level, IMO.

And, remember, GENERALLY.

It's just most can't become Kages because, well, there's only 5 at a time.

Gai, Kakashi, Neji (arguably low kage level), Darui, Kankuro (surpassed Sasori), Temari, etc.

Anyone agree?

sorry man, but most jonin are not kage level.....there are tons of jonin(ebisu would be an example). I would agree upper level jonin can be low kage level(ie kakshi etc) or maybe people who are upper anbu, but not just any jonin. Just because many of the jonin we see are low kage level, does not make them all that way.

Because kage have access to forbidden jutsu. the hokage has access to all the jutsu in konoha.


Ot: and i agree somewhat. Jonin are elite ninja. certainly they have the fighting skills for the job but its a matter of leadership ability and respect that gets them the job aswell

kankuro didnt surpass sasori so wrong.....neji isnt kage lvl he is jounin at best ... temari dont know havnt really seen anything from her .... kakashi gai are kage lvl... kankuro surpass him as a shinobi but not skill wise... kankuro used all sasoris puppets not once created his own puppet ... until he creats a puppet to surpasses sasoris hes going to be in his shadow

im not sure if you are just trolling, or you are high, but im Willing to say that Kakashi is Probably the strongest jonin ranked ninja... and he has been offered the position of hokage, and he still is MAYBE mid kage. and they only show strong jonin heavily in the manga and show. do you really think that Konoha has only 14 Jonin? hell, theres a whole Sarutobi clan that we just recently saw. im going to have to say you are wrong on that statement.
