Ameno is just a teleportation, and what determine its strength is the follow up jutsu, but you it can be used both offensively and defensively, so I'd say it's pretty balanced and in between Kamui and Limbo.
Limbo clones are capable of using all the techniques of the jutsu owner, so it's concept is similar to Ameno, their strength is based on caster and his jutsu's, although unlike with Ameno, instead of 1 follow up jutsu from caster, you will have 5, so even a simple Katon can be deadly if Limbo clones will flank and all will use it along with the caster, at the same time. Of course they're also invisible and can't be hurt without rikudo chakra. You can also swap places with clones so it's a decent defensive jutsu aswell.
Kamui as best defensive simply because you can't hurt caster without second kamui that is connected to the same dimension.
As in terms of which one is the best in all aspects, I think Limbo will be the closets one. It's the best offensive jutsu, and you have 4 invisible clones protecting you, even if someone gets close to caster, he can always swap places with clone and get back to safety.
