Though I disagree with quite a few of the movies and tv shows in your post (bolded the ones I disagree with), I guess its a too each their own type deal.......
What were the most disappointing movies/TV shows/TV show seasons for you?
Most disappointing movies for me were:
The Hobbit which didn't meet even lowest of my expectations
The Hobbit Desolation Of Smaug it sucked even more
Harry Potter finale, while I love the movies the final battle was kinda anticlimactic after reading it in the book
Avatar, hyped for the best grossing movie, but even if I didn't expect all that much it was pretty disappointing
Indiana Jones 4 ... Because it sucked
Transformers 3, no one in their right mind would say Transformers 1 or 2 were good movies but still the third one disappointed me
Pirates of the Caribbean 4 ... It sucks
Jurassic Park 3
Thor 1 and Captain America 1 ... They sucked (but that's why the winter soldier was that much better)
The Avengers, while I love the movie it wasn't as good as it's marketing and hype (same kinda goes for the GoTG)
Man of Steel ... It sucked
Every Star Trek TnG movie
Home Alone 3 ... It sucks
The Matrix 2 and 3
Spider Man 3 .. Too much
Hangover 3 ... It sucks
Both Wolverine movies

Most disappointing TV shows:
HIMYM season 9,it sucked, the whole idiotic Zoey arc and ESPECIALLY the stupid ending
Game of Thrones, started when ep 1 came out and dropped it but friends told me to pick it back up and it does not live up to the hype for me, mostly due my friends just worshipping it too much
Studio 60, not because it was bad but because it was cancelled,the show was brilliant
Every Start Trek post TNG, dropped them all
Firefly ... Does not meet the fandom hype at all
NCIS ... It sucks
That 70s show, I only like it because it was sort of a guilty pleasure when it came out bit still season 8 sucked badly
As I stated above, the ones I highlighted I disagree with, a few to a great degree, and here are my reasons to each....
Transformers 1-3: Albeit they aren't exactly the greatest movies "story" wise, but that's the thing with them, don't ever go to something called Transformers thats based off a cartoon/toy series and expect an awe inspiring movie, they'll have their moments but for a majority of the time it will be a giant robot brawl. The reason the shows did so well is because they were televised they had more than just a couple hours to build a story and character development. In my opinion the series is quite good but I would rate them in this order 1st.) T4, 2nd.) T1, 3rd.) T2, 4th.) T3
Thor and CA 1: My question would be why don't you like these two? One is about a Nordic God and his world Marvelised, and has to learn how it is to be humbled to a great, degree, learn how to become someone others look to other than to watch have a good fight. The other, is basically an origin story for one of the face's of the industry itself. Both movies were necessary in their own rights for the series.
Avengers (even that knock to Guardians -_o): Yeah there were a few things that I saw that I didn't agree movie wise, but this was destined to be a slobberknocker of a movie. Yeah they didn't have the true members of the Avengers that found it in the first place in the movie, but in my opinion it was a damn good movie. As for the comment towards GotG I will opt to ignore that, it was by far Marvel's best movie.
Both Wolverine movies: Yeah don't get me wrong there were so many things wrong with Origin's I don't even wanna begin with, that was a pretty awful movie, but thats Fox for ya. As for
The Wolverine, I actually enjoyed that one to a great extent.....except or the robo-silver samurai bit lol
Game of Thrones: This one, if your not hooked right away I can see how it would put distaste into peoples mouths but if you push threw it, you grow to enjoy it if not love it. At first I myself was skeptical about it, but got hooked after the first season, and now anxiously awaiting the next season........which won't be out till next year.
NCIS: You sir have no soul lol jk. But in all seriousness I don't see how anyone can dislike this show, yeah its been running for a long time, tv wise, but its pretty damn good, it gets you emotionally attached to the cast.
Now as for the movies that I honestly don't like all that much.....
Conan, The Barbarian: The newest one, yeah at first I thought it was "alright" but after seeing it 10+ times thanks to my step dad, I absolutely despise the shit out of this movie.
Scorpion King 2 & 3: They should have left well enough alone with this series, I mean they were god awful
The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor: This was just....bad, yeah they brought back Brandon and that other guy, but this one was horrible
Second Silent Hill movie: So bad I couldn't even remember its full name lol
Dragon Ball Evolution: Need I say more
The Last Airbender: Same as above lol
Godzilla: The newest one......wasn't all that great tbh
The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Don't get me wrong, I love the Spider-Man series and what not and think Andrew is 10,000 x better than that Toby s.o.b., but this one.......it was just off
