Most Disappointing and Most Improved

1) gai i want to see something new from him
2)tobi/ kabuto he now has rinnigon and powerful paths/ has sooo many endos running around he is a force to be reckoned with

I'm most dissapointed in Neji because he was so strong in the first part and he was the top of the class.
I think hinata is most improved.

Kakashi I thought hed be stronger...
Naruto he went from not being able to make a clone to almost befriending the Kyuubi

who disappointed me: anyone except ten-ten just because shes basically shit U_U
who improved the most: kakashi. he has been always improving on his chackra and control.

Zetsu. Also Neji was one of my favourite characters, but he hasn't shown us something great.
Alot of people have improved.

1) Well, I honestly think that Neji needs some new Gentle Fist Ninjutsu and a wider Byakugan range.

Most improved Sakura she was absoloutley useless in the first series
Most Dissapointed Is Tsunade i was really hoping to see her in more action but dumb luck

1. Temari. Her wind techniques sound so awesome until she actually performs them, when it's just her waving a fan around, to be honest. :|
2. Sakura. From an arm-flailing, pink-haired "Sasukeeeee~! " fangirl, she became an arm-flailing, pink-haired "Sasukeeeee~! " fangirl who can actually knock someone out cold, and more importantly, save a life... maybe. But she's improved.

The others have either always been of an average-level, or have not improved. Or in some cases, they have no scope for improvement because they're that perfect. 8D

1. Tsunade, she is garbage.

2. Gaara; went from a crazy jin, to Kazekage, to a godly battle commander.

 

[Urda]

1. None of the characters in Naruto are disappointments. Most of their disappointments are do to the Plot of the story.

2. All the characters in "Naruto" has improved, but "Most Improved" goes to Naruto and Sasuke.

The most disappointing is Orochimaru, started as a beast and got weaker after every fight he had (Hiruzen realy fu*** him up)
The most improved is Naruto, started as the weakest of Konoha, couldn't even make a clone and now is one of the stronger characters.

1. Hmmm the most one disappointed me was Sasuke. Cause after all what Itachi did to protect the town of Konoha and his brother, you still see Sasuke going after konoha -.- (he should kill only the ones who were involved in that plan like Danzo (done) and the.. umm what do you call them the elders of konoha :| ) (but still one of my faves )

2. The one Improved the most IMO is naruto, ( his speed, his new mode, whole new varieties of rasengans, and almost a new relationship with Kurama xd) .

1. Sakura, I thought Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura would be the new versions of the Sannins. She looked awesome against Sasori but never built on this. Now she seems to have gone backwards.

Disappointed; Orochimaru!! Ugh wft he had some many BA abilities, yet never put them in an all out battle and he never showed us his full strength. Dude use to strike fear into everyones but just kept having problems with bodies rejecting him. I really think he could have become the current Kabuto if he wasnt so worried about Uchiha

Improved; Kabuto! I never cared for him and I still dont but he has improved in such a short amount of time.

Zetsu disappointed me I was hopping to see some epic battle skill from him...
Kankuro has improved alot since part 1 he keeps getting better and better as a pupet master and now has sasoris puppet body epic!
