Most Disappointing and Most Improved

Most disappointing: Naruto.. with sage and kyuubi mode and he's still getting tossed.
Most improved: Sasuke with the EMS.. or until I see/read otherwise.

im disapointed with the whole everyone sucks but like 10 people thing knoha 11 all are weak ass ninja compared to naruto saskue kabuto the kages and madara ...and tobi the opnly people who can fight the ones on my list and stand a chance are the ones on my list
