madara-probably will get developed when he fights naruto
kakashi-i wanna see the 1000 techniques
sasugay-not to sure who that is
muu-i want to see what under the bandages and atleast an entire battle with him init to see his true potential
bee-so true what to see him use ninjutsu
sakura-development isn't going to help maybe therapy
shino-the guy is so mysterious and nowadays he is left in the dark even more then usual
