Most absurd plot no jutsu.

This may have been posted before, but my search function has issues, so...
Anyways, which battle do you guys think is the most absurd plot no jutsu?
I would say naruto vs sasuke right before the end of naruto part 1. I mean look at it, 1 tailed cloak vs genin with sharingan and curse mark. And how could sasuke be alive with all those taijutsu abdomen hits? Second biggest would be sasuke vs diedera or sakura vs chiyo-I mean sasori.

I mean sakura vs sasori, sorry. And I guess raikage vs sasuke is understandable because of susanoo. As for itachi, he let sasuke win.

True in that regard, however the biggest has to be Sasuke vs Orochimaru, how in the heck He absorbed Orochimaru instead of being taken over I'll never know, however I felt that it was basically kishi saying, "Sasuke wins bcuz I said so no jutsu", logic behind it is flawed majorly
