More underwhelming villain?

Kaguya hasn't done anything remotely breathtaking.

Really? I never felt this way until Naruto and Sasuke received their power ups and double teamed him. Individually I never felt they were a threat, and I always knew Guy was going to lose. No way was Madara going to be killed by Taijutsu Lol. So that kind of killed an feeling that they had he upper hand at least for me.

The gai one really got me as you can tell by my username lol

I don't find Zabuza the least bit underwhelming. He presented some sort of challenge or threat every time he appeared, and it wasn't so ridiculously strong or powerful that we know wouldn't work.

OT: Kaguya. Might Dai has a more developed and explored character. Might. Dai.

I wasn't trying to imply Zabuza was underwhelming (because he wasn't), he's just a good candidate to drive the point home is all. You don't need a bunch of ridiculous abilities to be an intimidating, and credible villain. Character is an attribute that's just as important, if not more. At least in my opinion, anyways.

I felt like obito was far more impressive than jj madara and idk maybe I feel like madara and kaguya are close because I was expecting more from madara than kaguya

Yeah obito as a jin represented a bigger treat, was more badass and creative in the use of the six paths power, in the battle of juubito vs the alliance, juubito kept the uper hand almost till the end.
Madara on the other hand was way more badass as an edo and alive without juubi, but the instant he became juubi jin he only owned minato, kakashi and garaa, to then see madara getting owned by a dying obito, getting almost killed by guy, getting owned by naruto and sasuke, also after he became the juubi jin we see madara laying on the ground and suspiring of pain for the first time in war(when guy puched him and naruto threw the lava rasenshuriken), we see him saying he can´t move quite often too, we see madara running away of naruto and sasuke for the first time(or retreating), we see madara failing to succesfully inflict any damage on the enemy when he did that quite easily as EDO and alive juubiless, granted he accomplished infinite tsukuyomi but 20 seconds later he got owned by BZ, dont take wrong i dont hate madara, but seen him as a juubi jin was painful.
Kaguya too in the beginning she seemed so freaking OP but the second she got tricked by sexy jutsu it started going downhill for her, it looks like kaguya is the one who needs a break not naruto and sasuke and that is lame

Kaguya, she needs to learn to use more jutsu, and then use Plot style: personality no jutsu
