I'm not sure if I'll pick up this game or not. If anything, I'll pick it up because of the additional characters. I would love to play as the Third Raikage. Hopefully, they add more features to the gameplay--It is too simplistic for my taste, although the series has definitely been improving.

'NARUTO ULTIMATE NINJA STORM' NEVER PROGRESSES ENOUGH

What has changed in the series of this game to make it as good as they make it out to be?

From 'Storm 1' the games that has proceeded them have been a let down haven't they? Storm 1 had the greatest Story Mode in my opinion and many of the 'Naruto Ultimate ninja storm' community agree... The free roam around an entire village was key in making the game last longer rather than dying out after a week of dull game-play.

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 had got rid of the free roam which we all loved so much and shrinked it substantially, the amazing cinematic game-play was gone... Online was a great feature to add but still had some tweaking to be made to ensure it was at it's best.

Naruto Ultimate Ninja storm Generations only really improved slightly but not enough to make us seem amazed now did it? A slightly new fighting system in that 'Substitution' now had its own gauge... A couple new characters and some new arenas to battle in. Chakra dash in mid-air but that was it considering the actual game-play. Better online play in that you could compete against others in tournaments... However, they never challenged the issue of spamming 24/7 with some characters, so online play was simply getting ruined by spammers i guess....

Personally, i am hoping that 'Storm 3' will be a great game including all the features from previous games and a whole lot more. Nothing should be taken away from the previous games but they should be improved on and not simply pushed to the side.

Instead of making a game each year, they should wait an extra year or two to build the game to its fullest ability.​
