If you notice in this scan after naruto and sasuke released there jutsu. Naruto is all beaten up and exhausted from a simple kyuubi cloak.

Someone forgot that Naruto got into the war almost 2 days before Sasuke's arrival.

People should realize, in this manga, one can regain stamina by getting chakra so the argument that naruto is fighting for longer than sasuke is pointless because naruto also got chakra time to time whenever he needed it and hence his stamina also recovered.

Stamina is a property of the body, while chakra is a resource created from both body (physical energy) and mind (spiritual energy).

Chakra is used when user molds both physical and spiritual energy (I reference the Tree climbing training for this fact). This function goes one way, meaning that once you synthesize chakra, it is not divided back unless you have the knowledge to reverse the process (Yin Yang Release, check the databook for this info).

The reason of why Naruto can endure large battles while Sasuke gets tired faster is already stated... Naruto has large stamina (from part 1 we know that, from chuunin exams after his battle with Neji). And about Sasuke, the Sage's Elder Son's branch inherited the Spiritual energy and Imagination (Yin), not the body (Yang), so the Uchiha Clan Ancestor and his successors do not hold large quantity of Stamina, as a Senju (Or Senju relative, in the case of the Uzumaki Clan) does (for this info, you can check the chapter of the forbidden technique, the one when Tobi fought against Konan).
