[Theory] Moon's Eye Started...?

The moon's eye plan was Madara(i'm calling him that till kishi says otherwise)'s attempt to use the 'moon' to cast an infinite tsukiyomi, on, well everyone. With the combined chakra of all the tailed beasts, this plan would be complete and could be executed. Now, what if this plan has already been partially completed?

A person under tsukiyomi could be made to do whatever you want him/her to do. I think that's what happened to Nejji. His byakugan was activated and maybe that telescopic vision made him more susceptible to the incomplete genjutsu than others:

Its vague but its not a stretch to say he was looking at the moon there in the middle panel on the left. And that's what caused the genjutsu to be activated

I couldn't help but wonder the same thing myself. You only showed one page that had a full moon panel, whereas there were 3-5 total too; thus, it further it emphasizes the role of the moon. I would say it's only begun. These world domination no jutsu take time, lol. . I'd love to see 1-3 panels of Madara next issue in the midst of a ceremony.

I'm wondering what Kabuto has in store for Itachi at this point in time, given Itachi mentioned he would be used for his illusory powers, i.e. genjutsu, I think.

Finally, I don't think Neji is under that control. The manga seemed to make it clear there was a person in the camp doing it by extra-highlighting the lamp (same style as the candle lighting when Madara told Sasuke the "truth" in the cave after Itachi) he was by in two separate panels.

Nejji is under that control i think. The highlighting bit was just to show that someone is there, has a hostile intent and is going to attack the camp.
Also, you mention itachi, is it possible he could be used to assist madara somehow in the mooneye plan? Just a thought.

I wondered the exact same about Itachi, but I'm uncertain since he's Kabuto's summon if Madara can utilize him in that role. If Madara doesn't have his EMS, maybe he needs Itachi or Sasuke to enact the Eternal Tsukiyomi.

Right now I refuse to believe that it's a coincidence that we saw the moon in 3-5 panels last chapter for no reason, and we know Madara might have all the Bijou chakra he needs to enact it.

Itachi would obviously be preferable to Sasuke because in his Utopia everyone is an emo, lol. Seriously though, Itachi's preferable because he can be dealt away with easily (i.e. sealed) while Madara still needs Sasuke.

Possibly...and yes, there is little doubt that the moon is central to current developments. You can tell something big is around the corner, nice and ominous, just the way i like naruto, as opposed to the retarded kin gin brothers arc.

Yes, i saw that. BUT, my theory is that only someone who looks at the moon with an activated byakugan will at this point be inflicted by tsukiyomi, cuz the telescopic vision basically works against them so as to make them vulnerable to the incomplete genjutsu effect.

Well, we definitely know Madara has all the chakra's he needs for the moon eye's plan (only that two of them are incomplete). So yes, this could be the beginning of the moon eye. On Neji, he is being controlled.

I just find it odd that since Neji reached the medical camp he keeps saying " I will use my eyes " but, never actually gets to doing it in there..

Itachi's genjutsu on the woman was detected by Jiraiya soon enough. Neji is under someone's control or is a zetsu clone will be revealed with next manga..

Well, Oro and Deidara were just caught in one of Itachi's genjutsu's, he did need to use the MS on them. I just don't understand how having the byakugan would actually come back to hurt them And why there aren't more Hyuuga's attacking because I'm sure he's not the only Hyuuga on the battlefield.
