Doesn't matter if they don't heal. People like Croc and Jinbe aren't going to be giving the M3 that much injuries when they are working together.
Key word is 'not much'. They will give them enough, so that they can battle worn. Buggy and Moriah will do a little to none. Enough for Crocodile to give more and Jinbei (fought equally with Luffy) will give even more, Than Hancock will beat all three with high diff.
I honestly hope you are joking about Buggy, Moriah and Crocodile not being above Sanji.

Buugy, Moriah and Croc are all opponents who lost to pre TS Luffy who is vastly inferior to current Sanji. Sanj can literally one shot all of them with the exception of Croc maybe. As I said the only wildcard being Croc seeing he took a hit from Jozu, but Sanji still wins really easily against the,
They all lost in 1 vs 1 fight. Crocodile lost because of his weakness that Luffy used.
The all lost 1 on 1 to Luffy pre TS. Sanji is leaps and bounds above Luffy back then, so adding two fodders against Sanji ain't doing much. Croc still lost to Luffy he gets one shotted aswell.
That isn't going to work out so well since Jinbe isn't going to get ambushed like that in a 1v1.
