Scenario 1: No heals.

Scenario 2: Heals after every fight.

If so they eat Buggy.
Eat Moriah.
Eat Crocodile.
Eat Jimbei.
Eat Hacock.
After a long, long fight, barely manage to defeat Teach.
Beat Law.
Beat Kuma.
And lose to Doflamingo.

In scenario 1 though, they lose at Teach.

Buugy, Moriah and Croc are all opponents who lost to pre TS Luffy who is vastly inferior to current Sanji. Sanj can literally one shot all of them with the exception of Croc maybe. As I said the only wildcard being Croc seeing he took a hit from Jozu, but Sanji still wins really easily against the,

Crocodile during MF was pretty impressive.

The all lost 1 on 1 to Luffy pre TS. Sanji is leaps and bounds above Luffy back then, so adding two fodders against Sanji ain't doing much. Croc still lost to Luffy he gets one shotted aswell.
