And Ace isn't Luffy's real brother But that fight between him and blackbeard was just awesome, and in the end it said that battle between those two will trigger something bigger in future... OP has been really epic till now...

i think they started calling him Gold instead of Gol D because it was either a mistake or it became another alias or nickname. like when people say red haired they automatically refer to shanks.

That's too boring and predictable. I hope its actually stands for Devil which is why they are so feared/respected blah blah blah. Though I doubt that will happen.
