I say either Wind Logia, given that he can create wind gusts and stuff, and use wind itself to alter the weather. Or a Dragon Mythological Zoan which allows him to change into a dragon, and have a second power, being a mystical dragon, allowing him to preform atmospheric changes. Or, like in my FF, xd, he has a subordinate with those powers xD

I like the idea of a Wind Logia seems to make the most sense to me. Its a dangerous fruit ability if thats in fact what it is. I see tornadoes, wind as sharp as a blade, he can fly, And speed his ship up while slowing down the enemy to name a possible few.

Uranus is the mythogical entity that is the sky so quite possible

Monkey D Dragon, has a rare paramecia storm-storm fruit. Where he can control all components of a storm which are :

- very strong wind gusts

- torrential rain that follows

- lightning affiliated powers as well ( as seen in the buggy-luffy situation in Loguetown )

I've heard that he might have that ancient weapon, Uranus or something and it's what controls the weather like that.
