This clash of the ultimate Titans of the current Era would be soooo EPIC.


Now why did I put it Dragon vs Kong.. because Kong is presented as the Chief-in-Commander of all the forces of the W.G... meaning he is the ultimate deal.


So the one that would defend the W.G against revolutionaries would obviously be the Chief-in -Commander.

Clash of Badasses. And notice nothing is mentioned about Roger being on his level either.

I'm just gonna go with my fav Dragon just because of his overall badassness. Sure we don't know much about either of them or what they can do. But Dragon just isn't fazed by anything and is more of a threat than whitebeard was.

Dragon will win. IMO Dragon is the strongest living man today. Kong is probably about as strong as Sengoku and Sakazuki

Talk about when both were in their prime. Garp was equivalent to Roger, that says something about his strength. Unless you are saying that Kong was even stronger than Roger, then he might be stronger than Garp. But I don't know how Kong's strength compares with that of Roger, so if he was stronger than Roger in his prime only then he is stronger than P.Garp.

I have no memory of Kong being admiral before Garp refused to the admiral position but that does not mean anything and neither does being Garp's leader. Garp was the man who cornered and had countless of death fights with Roger(this wasn't Roger at his strongest but he wasn't far from it).
